1. Shipping Partners

Kreate collaborates with trusted third-party shipping partners to ensure your handmade products reach you safely.

Data Sharing: To facilitate delivery, we share your necessary details (name, delivery address, and phone number) with our shipping partners. This information is used ONLY for order delivery, return processing, and pickup fulfillment.

2. Shipping Timeline

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Dispatch: Vendors are required to ship orders within 48 hours of order acceptance.
  • Delivery: Actual delivery timelines depend on your location and the efficiency of the shipping partner serving your area.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its journey.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including the total weight of the package, its dimensions, and your delivery location. These charges are transparently displayed before you make a payment.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available under the same strict conditions as our refund policy. You are eligible for an exchange ONLY if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item).
  • The product was lost in transit.

Proof Required: The Buyer MUST provide a clear image AND a short unboxing video as proof. Without this visual evidence, exchange claims cannot be processed.

5. Exchange Process & Resolution

  2. Resolution Timeline: We aim to resolve issues within 24-48 working hours as per the Indian calendar.

Note: Timelines exclude bank holidays, weekends, and unforeseen public holidays.

Since Kreate is an inventory-less marketplace, exchange availability depends entirely on the vendor's current stock. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, a refund may be processed instead.

6. Packaging & Handling

Our artisan vendors take great pride in their work and carefully wrap products to ensure they arrive safely. We strongly advise buyers to record an unboxing video to document the condition of the package upon arrival, which is crucial for any claims.

We are committed to fair service. We do not discriminate based on gender, age, race, religion, caste, or creed. All customers and vendors are treated with equal respect and priority.
