Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the unique nature of our marketplace, we have specific guidelines for cancellations.
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped by the vendor.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must wait for the product to be delivered and then follow the return/refund process if applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are ONLY available under the following strict conditions:
- Damaged Products: The item arrived in a damaged condition.
- Wrong Product: The item received is different from what was ordered.
- Lost in Transit: The shipment was verified as lost by the shipping partner.
No other reasons (such as change of mind, minor color variations due to screen settings, etc.) qualify for a refund.
3. Proof Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide valid proof of the issue.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
The Buyer MUST submit a clear image AND a short video while opening the box/package as proof.
This is mandatory since most handmade products are carefully wrapped by our artisans. Without proper visual proof (unboxing video), refund claims will not be processed.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
If you encounter an issue that meets our eligibility criteria:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@kreateworld.in FIRST regarding any issues.
- Submit Proof: Attach the required unboxing video and images.
- Resolution: Our team will review your claim. The resolution timeline is 24-48 working hours as per the Indian calendar.
Note: Timelines exclude bank holidays, weekends, and unforeseen holidays.
5. Refund Basis
Kreate is an inventory-less marketplace. This means:
- Refunds are issued on an order-to-order basis.
- Policies can vary slightly from vendor to vendor, as each artisan manages their own inventory and shipping.
- However, Kreate mediates to ensure fair treatment for both buyers and sellers based on the evidence provided.
6. Seller Subscription Refunds
For our vendor partners:
There is NO refund offered on seller/vendor subscription plans once subscribed.
We strongly encourage vendors to try our monthly plan first to evaluate the platform before committing to an annual subscription.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain complex cases, Partial Refunds may be issued at Kreate's sole discretion depending on the specific nature of the issue and the agreement reached between the buyer, seller, and Kreate support.
