Product Description:

Makes sumptuous idlis (fermented way), upma and halwa!

Recipe for fermented idli :

• Trinity Rawa - 2 Cups
• Urad Dal - 1 Cup
• Cow Ghee and Salt to Taste
• Procedure :

1. Soak Urad dal and Trinity Rawa for 3-4 hours, separately

2. Grind Urad dal to make a thick paste; drain excess water from Rawa and add it to the paste

3. Add salt, mix the ingredients well and allow it to ferment overnight

4. Grease idli plates with Cow Ghee and steam the idlis for 20 mins at medium flame.
