Made the Vedic way with a wooden churner (Bilona) in an earthen pot. Our A2 ghee is made from Gir cow's milk, where milk is turned into curd, which is then churned into white Makhan (butter). This is then heated in an earthen pot in order to make ghee. The colour will change every season based on the colour of the grass on which the cows feed. It's nature at her best!
