The recipe is as below :
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Add water to make a dough
3. Let it rest for 10 mins
4. Cook the roti/ paratha on medium flame on a tawa/ griddle. Add ghee if required
5. Further, methi leaves can be added to the dough to make delicious methi parathas.
