Adya A2 Ghee is made from organic A2 grade milk collected from Gir cows that graze free-range on organic fodder fields. The milk is obtained once the cow is fed and then boiled in earthen pots over wood. The slow simmer lends ghee its distinctive smoky flavour. It is left to curdle overnight post which it is hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method to separate the Buttermilk & Navneet. The Navneet is then heated on Mango wood, and then the Gold is made. Adya A2
