The recipe is as below : - Wheat Flour - 1 Cup - Kala Chana Flour - 1/4 Cup - Ajwain/ Carrom Seeds - 1/2 Tsp - Salt to Taste; Ghee and Water as required. Procedure: 1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Add water to make a dough 3. Let it rest for 10 mins 4. Cook the roti/ paratha on medium flame on a tawa/ griddle. Add ghee if required 5.
