Anchovy | Nethili | நெத்திலி is on of the most loved and easy to cook dry fish. These dry fishes are prepared from freshly catched fishes from the Rameswaram Islands of India.The fishes caught here are of very unique taste since this is the place where two oceans,the Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal Meets. The freshly caught fishes are coated with Salt and dried traditionally in the sea shores.The extreme heat and strong breeze from the sea shores makes the dry process unique which adds natural aroma to our products. Since we are not adding any preservatives other than salt, the products will not last longer unless it is stored in the refrigerator along the air tight container provided along with the product.
