Ingredients: Cumin, Black Pepper, Nutmeg , Cardamom, Coriander, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Kashmiri Red Pepper, Ginger, Dry Mango, Fenugreek, Fennel, Mace, Star Anise, Sugar, Cornflour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder etc.

How To:
Soya Chaap Gravy -

Step1 - Take 500grams chaap and remove sticks. Cut into small pieces after washing it. Take 2 tablespoons of curd in a bowl and add red pepper, turmeric, litte salt, add chaat masala and mix it create paste kind of texture. Add Chaap pieces into this paste for marinateion and keep it for 30 mins. Now, roast chaap pieces on a non-stick tawa or frypan. 

Step 2 - For gravy, roast 4 onions cut in long pieces in a kadai with ghee. Add 8-10 garlic strands, 1 inch ginger, cut 2 green chillis, cut 4 tomatoes. Now, switch off the gas and let the temperature cool down. Mix this material in a grinder, Add ghee in kadai and roast this material. Add 2-3 spoons of KDR Chaap Masala in kadai along with salt & chilli as per your taste and roast it little.

Step 3 - Add 1 or 1.25 cup water along with roasted chaap pieces and cover it with a lid and let it cook for sometime. 

Let masala and chaap marry together for sometime.
