Beetroot Chach Masala is infused with delicious flavours of beetroot, ginger, and green chilli with tempering of curry leaves and mustard seeds. Its refreshing taste and goodness of ingredients provides respite from heat, cools the body, and aids in digestion. Chach is enjoyed the most during scorching summers. Key Ingredients : Beetroot Powder, Green Chilli Powder, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Salt DIRECTIONS TO USE: -Add 3/4th (150ml) glass of water to a cup of curd and whisk it in the blender for 30 seconds. - Add a teaspoon of Beetroot Chach Masala to the curd water mixture and whisk it with hand. Do not whisk it in blender with masala. -Make sure the masala is properly mixed. -Keep it in the refrigerator to chill. Serve the chach chilled for best taste.
