Radix Nutritive® presents Instant Idli Mix. Enjoy soft, fluffy and nutritious instant idlis.

Ingredients are Foxtail Rawa, Urad Dal, Red Rice Poha and Methi Seeds. All the ingredients are roasted before grinding. The ingredients are ground to suit the needs of idli-making.

Just add Curd and Salt to the idli mix and let the batter rest for 15 mins. Add eno (for fluff) when ready to pour the batter into the idli moulds. Steam it for 20- 25 minutes on medium/low flame. Enjoy soft & fluffy instant idlis.
