Product Description:

Enjoy soft, fluffy and nutritious instant idlis.

• Ingredients : Foxtail Rawa, Urad Dal, Red Rice Poha and Methi Seeds.
• All the ingredients are roasted before grinding. The ingredients are ground to suit the needs of idli-making.
• Just add Curd and Salt to the idli mix and let the batter rest for 15 mins.
• Preheat the cooker.
• Add Eno or fruit soda (for fluff) when ready to pour the batter into the idli moulds.
• Steam it for 20- 25 minutes on medium/low flame.
