Prakrutam Gir Bilona Ghee’s entire making process is in presence of nature, right from feeding Pure Gir cows breed and collecting milk in open fields. During sunset sun rays fall upon Gir cow milk, it’s heated a little warm and set aside for fermentation. To keep the medicinal richness intact the traditional bidirectional hand churning process of the butter is done with Sheesham wood bilona during the early morning. The heating of butter for making ghee is performed with the blessing of the Lord Sun while the Sun's rays fall on butter. Hence it results in the purest form of ghee filled with rich anti-oxidants, good cholesterol and gluten-free. It is best for lactose intolerance and more beneficial for whom have whole-day setting jobs. The Gir Bilona Ghee is filled with nutrients and vitamins and is very easy digestive and also nourishes the intestinal flora. Its richness is helpful in improving immunity, vision and nourishing skin which is a powerhouse of vitamins A, E, and D and many essential amino acids which maintain the Immune system.
