Niger is a useful little plant grown along with ragi in our region. We harvest our Niger seeds in the months of December and January. Once cleaned and sun-dried, we hand-pound them into smaller chunks and feed them into our Bull-driven Ghana. This nutty oil is an excellent topping for those fresh breakfast salads. It takes us five whole hours of continuous crushing and five kilos of raw, naturally dried Niger seeds to make a batch of this oil. It gets generous helpings of sunshine before being packed in a glass bottle and brought to your door, all within five days of extraction. Net Volume : 1L FSSAI Certified
